L'viv, Ukraine to Warsaw, Poland

July 26th 2012

I got all of my things ready for my flight and I left for the airport. The flight that I was able to find was a one way trip from L'viv to Warsaw, Poland. The cost of the fight that I was able to get was a total of $168.84. The airline that I flew with for this flight was LOT Polish Airlines and the class at which I flew was economy class. The actual price of the ticket itself was $106.00 and there was a service free of $12.00. The taxes for the flight that I took were $50.00. The flight did not have any stops on it. I left the L'viv airport at Jul 21, 2012 2:40 PM and I arrived at the Warsaw airport at Jul 21, 2012 3:50 PM. The total time of my flight was 1 hour and 10 minutes.

The hotel that I stayed at in Warsaw was the START HOTEL ARAMIS. The hotel was the least prestigious hotel that I have been to so far on my trip around the world. It was just a one star rated hotel and surprisingly the costs per night were more than the previous hotels that I have been to which were 2 and 3 star rates hotels. Never the less the hotel does have many features like a bar/lounge, it serves hotel breakfasts, has conference rooms for business meetings, and has high-speed internet (which isn't free).

I stayed at the START HOTEL ARAMIS for four nights and therefore I was charged for four nights, but unusually the price per night was not consistent. The prices per night that the hotel charged for was $70.16 but my hotel room was a bit different. The first night I was charged $131.10 and the remaining 3 nights I was just charged $49.85 per night. The total for the hotel room for four nights was $303.11 and $22.46 of that total was taxes that I paid. The room itself was a total $280.65 without taxes.

The three sightseeing destinations that I went to go see in Warsaw were the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, Warsaw Rising Museum, and Lazienki Park. The first place that I went to go see in Warsaw was the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. This place commemorates for fallen soldiers who have died for their country. It was a refreshing place to visit and it made me happy to be alive. This was one of the more eye opening places that I have visited so far. The next place that I went to go see in Warsaw was the Warsaw Rising Museum. It was filled with artefact and objects from the Second World War. It was like reliving the past, it was a place that I would never forget. The place that I went to visit was Lazienki Park. This place is a very calm a serene place to visit. It has gardens and a giant pond. It was a great place for a nice calm stroll. After that I was done all of my itineraries I went back to my hotel and I packed my bags to get ready for my next flight.
